WHAT IS A RESET?
UP TO 60 MINUTES. YOUR CHOICE OF FIVE EXPERIENCES EACH VISIT.
A RESET is time you intentionally set aside for yourself. Choose one experience or move between a few, depending on what feels right that day.
- Infrared Sauna
- Cold Exposure Room
- Red Light Therapy
- Compression Therapy
- Vibroacoustic Sessions
All five are included as options within your RESET, and your total RESET time is up to 60 minutes per session.* Perfect for busy people who need to squeeze in 'me time' amongst other responsibilities.
You don’t have to try every experience each visit. Do what works for you, and know that your RESET can look different each time.
On your first visit, we’ll walk you through each experience step by step so you feel comfortable and know what to expect. No prior knowledge needed. We’re here to help.
*Each experience has a session limit based on equipment capacity and safety considerations: up to 15 minutes for red light therapy and up to 30 minutes each for compression and infrared sauna, within your total RESET time of up to 60 minutes. Your RESET Guide may suggest what to enjoy next based on your preferences and equipment availability, helping your visit flow comfortably from start to finish.
IncludedTURN UP THE HEAT. TURN DOWN THE NOISE.
Infrared Sauna
Settle into gentle infrared heat as your body warms and the noise of the day begins to fade. A quiet place to breathe, unwind and reset.
IncludedCOLD. WITHOUT THE PLUNGE.
Cold Exposure Room
Step into the cold for a refreshing, head-clearing reset. NOVA uses a walk-in cold exposure room—not a plunge/tub—so you do not need to get wet.
IncludedSTEP INTO THE LIGHT.
Red Light Therapy
Surround yourself with red light for an effortless reset with several full-body benefits. Step in, get comfortable and enjoy a few quiet minutes while the light does the work.
IncludedPUT YOUR FEET UP. LITERALLY.
Compression Therapy
Slip into our compression boots, hip or arm sleeves. Settle in. Rhythmic compression supports circulation and recovery while helping tired, heavy limbs feel lighter and refreshed.
Now included with your membershipFEEL THE SOUND. FIND YOUR RESET.
Vibroacoustic Sessions
Settle onto the vibro-deck, put on the headphones and let sound and gentle vibration carry you into a deeper pause. Now included with every membership at no extra cost.
