Make time for your RESET.
Our studio hours vary each week and may adjust based on bookings. Book ahead or arrange your visit directly with Kylie so we can welcome you with the time and attention you deserve.
Members can book online RESET appointments up to two weeks ahead in the NOVA members app. Special events may have their own registration windows.
Purchase your pass, then text Kylie at 716-374-1590 to arrange your first RESET.
Purchasing does not automatically reserve an appointment time.

Members, the best way to book is through the NOVA members app—you can reserve your RESET up to 15 minutes before your appointment! You’re also welcome to connect with Kylie for help. As a small family business, we appreciate your understanding when unexpected situations or emergencies come up. Our app will always be updated first with any schedule changes. For major changes, such as a full unexpected closure, we’ll also notify members by email/SMS.
